How the process works
Step 1 – Quick estimate
Send through a floor photo with your walls & windows in frame, approximate area (if known) and the result you are hoping to achieve.
Kurt will provide an initial indication of scope, pricing and what finishes may suit your space.
Step 2 – Onsite quote and finish assessment
Kurt assesses the timber, existing condition, natural light and surrounding interior before recommending a finish direction.
If a simpler service would achieve the result just as well, he will recommend that instead.
The finish approach, final price and proposed start date are then confirmed.
Step 3 – Restoration and finishing
Floors are sanded, polished and finished with either a timeless natural finish, or a fully personalised lighter or darker tone.
Step 4 – Final walk through & care advice
We walk through the result together and you receive clear care guidance so the floors stay looking their best.
