Every floor is assessed in context. The timber type, natural light, surrounding space, desired tone and level of use all influence the finish recommendation. The result may be warm and natural, light and airy, or richer and more refined, but the goal is always the same: a floor that feels balanced within the home.
My process is simple and controlled. I communicate clearly, keep the timeline organised and take care through each stage of sanding and finishing. There are no rushed crews and no subcontractors, just one person responsible for the quality from beginning to end.
