I’m Kurt, the sole person responsible for your project from start to finish.
I initially built VS Floor Sanding around 3 simple ideas:

- Pricing is simple & transparent without exceptions.
- Providing ’a job done right’ is the minimum standard.
However, following 13 passionate years in the trade, providing ‘a job done right’ is a given. I came to an important realisation;
‘A perfect floor in isolation does not mean a beautiful home.’
The ultimate goal of VS Floor Sanding then, is not just to provide a ‘job done right’.
It’s to provide a finish that supports the best elements of your home OR create contrast, so the space feels more complete.
During your quote, I can prepare real samples on your own floor. You can tell me the look you want, I sample them accordingly & I’ll also show you what I believe suits your timber and home.
